Soar the heights of Finca El Oasis in an unforgettable experience that covers a total of 2.4 km divided into 8 exciting cables. This is another unforgettable adventure to the top of Panamas highest point - Volcán Barú. This adventure leaves at 3AM so guests will arrive that the peak in time for the sunrise. Travel in well equipped, 4X4 vehicles for 2+ hours via a very rocky road to the peak of Barú where temperatures can get as low as 0°C/32°F. We Love Boquete Tours is the outfitter we’ve partnered with to take our guests on this adventure. The top of Barú is one of the only places on earth where you can see two oceans (Pacific and Atlantic). This tour also includes a picnic breakfast while watching the sunrise.

Boquete is full of incredible trails that wind though the cloud forest, climb to mountain peaks, lead to waterfalls and offer some of the best bird watching in the world. Two of the most popular trails in the area are Pipeline Trail and Lost Waterfalls. Both of these trails are easy to hike self-guided. Lost Waterfalls has incredible flora and you’ll see three different waterfalls (moderate/difficult). Pipeline is though the cloud forest and maybe the best place to spot the famous Resplendent Quetzal bird (in season - easy/moderate. We help our guests plan these hikes with or without a guide.

4.5 kilometers long divided into 12 cables. You will slide through the trees and face an unknown world… a fascinating perspective on life that you never thought would exist for you. Another one of Boquete Outdoor Adventures biggest adventures. Even though we’re located about 1,500 meters above sea level, we’re still pretty close to a chain of tropical islands in the Gulf of Chiriqui. Whale watching in these islands are amazing when whale season is here:)

The sun tends to shine over the white sand, palm-lined beaches in Gulf of Chiriqui Marine Park even when it’s raining everywhere else! Depending on visibility and climate, we’ll be snorkeling around one of the beautiful islands and pass the late morning and better part of the afternoon lunching, exploring, swimming, relaxing in a hammock, and playing on the white sand beaches of Isla Gamez or Isla Bolaños.

Finca Dos Jefes offers a unique coffee experience where you can learn about the entire process, from cherry to cup, on a small 2.7 hectare farm. On our tour we will discuss the environmental and social impact of global and local coffee production. After a lesson in coffee, we take a guided walk of our farm and processing facility where you will learn about the coffee plants, our agricultural practices and our processing methods. After our walk, we return to our visitor center for a coffee tasting. In our tasting experience we will sample 2 different Arabica Blends in a medium and dark roast as well as a light roast Gesha coffee.

A tour to Kiki is an unforgettable experience.

For this tour/adventure we work with a private tour operator to take our guests to one of the most beautiful and powerful waterfalls you’ll ever experience. This is a full-day adventure with roughly a two-hour drive to and from Finca Panda. It’s a lot of travel but a very special payoff. The hike to the waterfall is short with moderate difficulty and the tour also includes lunch at a Ngäbe-Buglé indigenous family restaurant and cacao ceremony with their mature trees.
